This past year the ISLA volunteers kicked it into high gear about getting the name and mission of ISLA out to the public. From sharing news just about every where ISLA went (Panama, Mexico, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, Chubascos bodysurfing contest, Newport Farmers Market… just to name a few locations) we managed to hit a major milestone of 4,000 facebook fans this past week!
Special thanks to all of our new fans, and the hard working ISLA volunteers that stepped up big time to connect us to nearly 4,000 people in one year! We are so excited for the continued network we are creating and look forward to even bigger things in the future.
Thanks again to our wonderful fans as we could not have made this milestone without you! Continue to be in touch and follow us as we continue our fight against global drownings.
Please help us continue the momentum by liking and sharing our Facebook Page and taking a look at our website.
Here is to the next 4,000!
Also, here is a video we put together to show you how to “LIKE” the ISLA Page.
